        Very disappointed. It started well but it went downhill fast in the second year. We discovered that our accounts had been forgotten about for over 9 months despite us paying a monthly management fee. This resulted in a huge VAT bill and almost finished us. It seems trainees are dealing with accounts when we were under the impression that qualified accountants would be dealing with our accounts. Perhaps a case of a firm getting too big but either way we didn't get the service we paid for.
