We decided wed like to buy a Motorhome and ended up after much research on the internet to try a local stockist. What a lovely surprise. We spoke to Steph about the possibility of buying secondhand. She was so helpful and showed us around a few. She was helpful, gentle, experienced, knowledgeable and definitely not pushy.we left encouraged and determined. She gave us so much to think about. Within no time wed decided to be patient and wait for a new one. We saw Steph again and ordered one. She pulled all the stops out and now we are proud owners! We bought a Motorhome recently at the Hitchin site. We were so impressed by the level of service, both prior to purchase, and sorting out some issues after purchase ( which were not down to them) So much patience in explaining all the features, and whats great is that they personally record videos, which they e mail to you, explaining all the features again in detail.
