        Just received my first order, Nuttery Oval Fat Ball/Suet Feast Feeder. I am delighted with my purchase. Fast, efficient Service and an excellent product. Will definately recommend.

        The people were very friendly and informative. It was lovely to meet everyone although they are an online shop now. I put an order in there and then which will be with me tomorrow. I'll have very happy swans and ducks

        A little disappointed with the delivery. Items said they were coming in one shipment. They did not. One part on the kit I ordered - with no packing slip - arrived, so I had to call, only to be quizzed on whether I had actually opened all of the parcel. When I explained that indeed I had, I was told the rest of my kit (1 order item though!) was on it's way and due for delivery later. I siad that I was disappointed in how un-environmentally friendly that was and that I had in an email that my order - 1 item - had nothing to follow. She didn't bother to apologise. I would probably avoid because of the service. I understand deliveries don't always work out but when you've spent nearly 90 on one kit, you expect better.
