Poor customer service: slow to respond, sent the wrong item, charged for collection. Buy elsewhere.

I have an order placed though Argos with these being the supplier for the item. I place the order on the 29th August and haven't had any contact from this company regarding the order although I was informed from Argos that I would. Its now the 9th of September and this bogus company had only contacted Argos regarding the order 2 days ago... When I placed the order I was told on the Argos app that the item was in stock otherwise I wouldn't have bothered placing the order as my son's birthday is coming soon but this is apparently down to some "sync error" on the inventory system. And with no way to contact the company I can't get any more info than what Argos have supplied (which I had to call Argos for) so with an expected delivery date of up to a week past my sons birthday I would have to cancel this order. I will also leave a review on Argos to warn others of this unprofessional company for the item they're supplying

The company should be shut down there a joke take your money and dont give you you're stuff try calling them and nothing such a poor customer service and I've got a son with autism and he don't understand why he haven't reserved his stuff

Absolute Muppets. Ordered a blue bed from them and they sent a red one. Can't even understand something as basic as colours. Customer service is non existent and now my little boy has no bed.
