We have always found exactly what we are looking for when visiting the store and it would always be our first choice when looking fo new tiles. Richard is by far the most knowledgeable and helpful person in the shop. Every time we have been in he always goes above and beyond to help us. A great asset to the store.

Richard and his team really went the extra mile to help with a bullnose service for some outside paving slabs on a tight deadline, great people to deal with and highly recommended.

Avoid this company will not be using in future. Purchased tiles after being promised they carry stock (as knew would need more). Half way through tiling they had given me mixed batch so tiles didnt match ! Rang to complain they swapped the tiles but had no extras left that I needed ! No apology and been waiting 2 weeks for phone call to resolve this issue. Terrible customer service will never use again !

We bought some fabulous ceramic paving from Ceramix. Arrived quickly, fabulous customer service from Ryan and Richard. Nothing was too much trouble, gave good advice. Would recommend
