        I have been a customer here for many years. Myself and my children need glasses and I would not go anywhere else. They have always been friendly, very polite and patient with the kids one of which can be a challenge. The service here has always been great.

        I visited Thornton & Wright for the first time last week and was honestly blown away by the service. The staff were friendly and approachable, and nothing was too much trouble as they showed me the wide range of frames after a thorough eye examination. After I was advised which frames the optical assistant thought would be suitable, I was given time to look through them on my own and wasnt hurried at all. The service was professional and helpful throughout, and Im very happy with my new ray-ban glasses so thank you!

        Excellent service. Very friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble. Time is taken to explain your eye test in detail. 100% satisfied . By far the best opticians I have ever visited.
