I recently bought a Neff Slide and Hide oven through Tolle Kitchens. After purchasing they were really flexible to when I was available for installation, they even arranged a Saturday morning which meant I didnt have to waste booking a days holiday with work to wait in! When the man arrived with my oven he was very respectful of my home and ensured all packaging was taken away with him, perfect! He even showed me to how to use the oven which saved me the hassle of reading the manual for the basic functions. Thank you for a great service, I wouldnt hesitate to return to Tolle when I am ready to change the full kitchen, thank you

I have had endless problems with this company since work began in February 2021. The kitchen fitter (based in Carlise) had a 3 hour journey to get to my house, he did not come everyday so the process took months not weeks, of living with chaos and stress. Bad organisation and lack of communication meant I never knew what was happening and when. Tolle would never give me a finishing date, despite having payment in full 60,000+ for a bespoke kitchen before work commenced. Customer service has been awful, lengthy waits for replies to emails etc, indifference to complaints and I am still waiting for bad fitting to be rectified 9 months later. Do not use this company, my "Dream kitchen" has been a nightmare! (Beverley branch)

Diabolical from payment of deposit to one year on, told us bare faced lies in the showroom. Had other kitchen fitters round to quote on finishing the job and have been informed every time how much weve been ripped off. Halifax branch (although same owners), I cant imagine how the positive reviews are genuine and not surprising theyre claiming the negative reviews are fake. Awful company, wouldnt wish on my worst enemy
