        I've only lived in my property for 3 months and I've doors fall of hinges, water drip from the upstairs bathroom into my living room and due to a long wait for a bin (and rubbish men refusing to collect it because it's not in a green bin) now I have mice. I have called blackshaw repeatedly and also taken my chances with trying to get the Mayor involved. Apart from Samantha everyone has been rude or just doesn't care. I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent with blackshaw at all. They have no sense of empathy for one specially if you have children. I urge you find another housing agency.
