I am a supplier to Pendalier and we are owed money by this company so please do not buy from this website. We are not supplying them currently. We supply maybe 75% of their range so if they take payment currently they cannot supply most of the items on the website. They are not answering phone calls or emails or responding to our requests. Money owed from June so debt collectors now appointed. Im happy to change this review if we are paid but until then it is only fair you are warned.

Ordered an expensive glass lampshade in May 22, which is faulty, have tried ringing, the phone goes dead! and sent many emails, it is now OCTOBER! they say they will respond within 24 hours, I want a refund but cannot get them to respond.. something not right here? will have to seek legal advice

Website states instore shopping , travelled to address to find this is only a distribution centre for online orders. Called number on several occasions with no reply. Left message but haven't had any response . If I want to buy designer lighting I want to see the product 1st . They need to be transparent on Web site

Excellent customer service. Quick delivery. I bought the Filisky pendant lights and they look amazing. Very good quality.
