        14.05, 23.01.2023.Was not very happy at the way a member of staff spoke to a customer , very rude lady at tills spoke to an elderly lady in her 80s who unfortunately her card did not work. Wasn't her fault even if it was she should not have spoken to her abruptly and then shaking her head and getting annoyed in front of other customers.Then a male member of staff came to assist and he was just the same.the old lady was upset and apologised.i will never shop here again. Absolutely disgusted at this store.
