        I had not heard of the company but they came up on a search. I wasn't sure but the price of the product I wanted was good so I took a chance. I need not have worried, the order was confirmed immediately and delivery was very quick within 2 days. Other companies could learn a lot about delivery charges and delivery times from them. Well done

        Terrible!! phoned twice. And no where does it tell you they will only ship by fed ex at an exorbitant cost of $94 are you seriously kidding. The erratic responses from Instagram are never followed through with. Ordering is a nightmare. Waited two months for a product to come back onto stock then get landed with two international call costs and still nothing. The first call was to discuss product information I immediately told them I was phoning from Australia and yet the male staff member did not tell me otherwise that there would be this postage charge. The call today when I said it's ridiculous was there a mistake? The response was no. It Only costs $26 from America the UK is closer. So much for the company being recommended. To give you an idea the postage was a third of the cost of the item I wished to purchase. And there's no fine print- it still says free shipping it's not until you've wasted even more time filling on details that you have a no choice shipping charge added . Save yourself the grief and buy from eBay because at least you know where you stand. Terrible customer service. Edited. The company responded to this review faster than at any other time.
