We were here for many many years and were very happy with the stables, grazing, schooling, views and community. A magical place to keep your fuzzy friend.

Good location but very run down. Grazing not managed - no spraying, harrowing, rolling, no paddock rotation or resting. There is a LOT of ragwort which you need to continually dig up. Fencing mostly electric with plastic posts - often coming down (and liveries are responsible for repairs/replacement!) Sub DIY standard repairs around the yard. Poor quality, often using makeshift materials; corrugated iron, railings, pallets etc. Poor quality lunge pen and mange. Could be so much better if time and money was invested, not to mention a bit of love...
