Went for a wet trim showed them a picture wanting my short hair styled to a stacked/graduated bob at only the back to grow into a short graduated bob, 2 months after growing it out from a pixie that I asked them for in November, I'm left with 2" shorter hair all over, but now I need some weight and thickness to be able to wear it up in the next couple of months, due to my unhygienic job, I have complained but what's the point she can't glue it back on, her reply was she took off the ends and thanks and goodbye!! Not true 2" was cut, when I only had 3" to play with, what's the point in asking what do you want if they just end up doing what they want, yes their friendly, yes to same day appointments but shame as that's my last visit when I've used them for nearly 4 years, they've not always done what I wanted but this time I'm livid, my hair is super thick I can't just make do with it in summer, I am a woman who's had a skinhead twice before short hair doesn't bother me, so I'm not obsessed by it, and only have 2-3 wet cuts a year, but don't give me a pixie when I've asked for a bob, try my job in summer and you'd soon understand what I mean, some of us have hot unhygienic physical jobs made worse with thick hair now too short no thanks to them.
