Transitions-Therapy

I would highly recommend Dena as a therapist, she is warm, friendly, and non judgmental in every session. I didnt know what to expect as this was my first time in therapy but Dena has made the process really easy for me and has given me the confidence I needed to live a more fulfilled and happier life.

I have recently visited Dena for counselling. I think its important to say that before visiting I was somewhat sceptical about what counselling could achieve. How wrong I was. I have found Dena extremely understanding, easy to talk to and without doubt she has begun to unlock my issues. Issues that I wasnt even aware I needed to address. I firmly feel that without Denas understanding and expertise I would have been battling these issues for months, possibly years, without realising the underlying cause. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend her counselling services and my view of this type of service has been truly changed.

Dena has been really supportive and has helped me to identify, and work through certain things in my life that have been holding me back. Dena's non-judgmental approach along with her kindness has really allowed me to open up and feel listened to. Dena's guidance has also helped to show me a different perspective on things that I wouldn't have been able to see for myself. I've made great progress and feel happier since starting therapy with her. I look forward to each session with her. Would highly recommend.

I could not speak more highly of the experience I have had with Dena as my Therapist. She helped me find myself again, after feeling so lost for such a long time. She is personable, kind and will go above and beyond for her clients. You feel like she truly listens and cares for you, which I haven't found in other councillors. She voices her advice in a constructive and gentle manor, and sets out tasks and exercises that have truly helped me to get myself back to being me again. After seeing a number of counsellors, I can honestly say look no further than Dena.

I will always speak very highly of Dena and how amazing she has been as my therapist. Dena is kind, friendly and always approachable about any issues I was having. She really has helped me change my mindset for the better and helped me get through challenging times. I am a much happier person since having therapy with Dena :)
