This has probably been stated before, but I'll say it anyway (as an autistic adult). Paul Donnelly is a FANTASTIC Podiatrist, and the other staff at Livelong are equally as kind and polite. I had never had the courage to see a Podiatrist before this year, and Paul came highly recommended, with good reason. He was patient, attentive, explained everything in a calming manner, and I look forward to my follow-up appointment when he will fit me with my custom orthotics.

Livelong has been wonderful from day one. Ive been seeing Georgia for two years now originally due to a back injury. The clinic was recommended to me by a colleague after physio , gp couldnt help. Georgia got me back on my feet and I still see her monthly to keep me in check. Not only has she helped with my back but also my migraines. I see her now more for my overall well-being. The team are always there to help even when Ive needed a last minute appt due to neck pain, Ive been seen by Kelly, who is just as lovely. The team are all lovely and I cannot thank them all enough for making a very nervous patient feel extremely comfortable. I even recommended my best friend who after seeing Georgia once said it was the best money shed ever spent. Keep being amazing. And thank you x

I did Wimhof fundamentals with Tom last weekend. He was brilliant and so informative about the process we were going through. I would recommend the course to anyone wanting to do Wimhof breathing technique and cold therapy for the 1st time.
