Norfolk Stairlifts

We honestly didn't think we could have a stairlift because of the layout of our staircase. Norfolk Stairlifts spent hours checking and double checking and over came all of the problems. From the first phone enquiry to the stairlift being fitted, was just 4 weeks. No regrets whatsoever, the fitting is very neat, and it's silent when in use. Everyone in involved, Richard, Nick, Ronnie and Kieran, were very professional, explained everything at every stage and were very kind. Thank you so much Norfolk Stairlifts. Richard and Diana.

A five star experience from start to finish. Everyone I had contact with was friendly and helpful. The ladies in the office, the surveyors and fitters were all adept at their jobs, and friendly too. The staircase works well and makes life so much easier. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone needing a stairlift.

Sam made every choice as easy as possible for us and we appreciated his courtesy and quick responses. The most important thing about having a stairlift is how quickly do engineers come out to fix any problems - and Norfolk Stairlifts have never let us down. We use the stairlift multiple times every day, at least 20 or so and it is still going strong. The service schedule is very reasonable and after 7 or so years of using this company we have no complaints at all, only praise and thanks. Good choice of stairlifts with excellent after sales service, even after 7 years !! Good job Sam and your colleagues.

Excellent service. We needed a stairlift urgently as my wife, who has limited mobility due to MS, managed to break a bone in her good foot! A phone call to Norfolk Stairlifts resulted in a same day visit from their Rep who expertly guided us to our decision and was able to arrange fitting less than a week later. This has made life so much easier and made upstairs rooms accessible again.
