I can not express just how highly my family and I rate Ivan fisher and especially Jason . We were supported when we first lost our mum and months later are still getting that support.

On behalf of the Watson family we want to thank Jason for making the whole experience though emotional go so smoothly. We came to see you not knowing what to do and came away knowing mum would have the best funeral and she did!. Nothing was too much and Jason kept us informed all the way, and on the day quietly guided us . Again thankyou Jason so much. Karen, Debbie and Gillian And dad Keith.

We simply could not have had a more agreeable, empathetic, professional service, from beginning to end. Paul Fisher and his colleagues made all the difference at what was a very difficult time, and went far beyond the call of duty: our circumstances were complicated, and he took care of everything superbly, allowing us to focus on commemorating my father. Thank you, sincerely, for everything you did to make the occasion all it could be.

Excellent service, I would highly recommend. My Dad purchased a pre paid plan which made the whole process seamless. Jason was attentive, caring, understanding and wonderful at guiding me through the process right from the very first call before they had collected Dad. It was a great comfort knowing Dad was being looked after and I was updated each step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble for Jason and he took great care in ensuring that everything was just perfect for Dad and his ceremony, providing knowledgeable advice along the way. A sad, emotional time where I struggled to think clearly ending in a lovely celebration of Dads life thanks to Jason and his team.
