Boutique of Dreams

This Bridal Boutique is simply amazing, this was my first ever bridal appointment so I was anxious nervous and excited, Laura put me at ease straight away and explained how the appointment would work from start to finish. There was no pressure at all which was great and she listened and helped pick out dresses to try on even when i had no idea what i would like..... the drinks and nibbles were a lovely touch too..... I would 100% recommend anyone looking for a dress to try here as it is a beautiful place with lovely people.

After a couple of dress try ons at different shops, I was feeling pretty deflated before heading to Boutique of Dreams. I really was convinced that I wouldnt be able to find that perfect dress and that I would have to settle for something I wasnt 100% on. Laura and Sinead are so lovely and welcoming. They really do make you feel at home and its clear that Laura has thought of all the extra finishing touches that make the experience so much more enjoyable. The boutique is stunning and, whilst there is a wide range of dresses, it isnt overwhelming to navigate. Compared to other shops, the dresses were spaced out well so that you dont have to pull between a mass of heavy dresses crammed onto a rail - I had this experience in other shops and ended up missing dresses Id planned to try on when looking online. It was also the only shop (out of five!) which had three mirrors positioned at different angles rather than just one flat mirror. This made a huge difference in being able to see the dress for yourself from every angle, instead of relying on looking back at photos. Theres a gorgeous selection - not just of dresses but also veils. As you have the boutique to yourself, the experience is relaxed and doesnt feel rushed at all. Plus it means that the team have time to really talk you through the dresses and what options are available. A big issue I had at other shops had been a lack of flexibility or willingness around customisations. Id tried on dresses that I liked elements of, but wanted to add something that didnt seem completely out of the ordinary - however, it was very much a case of maybe or well have to look into it. Sinead was great at explaining what we could do with a dress, and wasnt fazed at all by any requests! As I had two more bookings over the weekend that were too late to cancel, the team offered to open the shop on a bank holiday so that I could come back and try the dress on again if I wanted to. I dont live in the area and was visiting family, so this was a huge help as I would have to wait until I could next make it up. I knew during the following two try ons that I wanted to go back to Boutique of Dreams. Not only the dress, but the experience and service really are incomparable to other shops. It feels like the team are equally as invested in finding you your perfect dress as you are. If youre looking for an experience where you dont feel like another bride on a conveyer belt, I cant recommend Boutique of Dreams enough. I cant wait to come back for my dress fittings - thanks so much to Laura and Sinead for all their help and expertise!

So lovely there the whole setting is beautiful, staff are so welcoming and very friendly your made to feel so comfortable. Great place

It was so special for me to be able to find my dream dress with Laura at Boutique of Dreams. The whole experience was how I always imagined finding my wedding dress would be, having the boutique all to ourselves made the experience even more magical, along with the glass of bubbles for my "yes to the dress" moment. Any changes I was asking for the dress without hesitation Laura's answer was "yes" I can't wait for my fittings next year! Thank you BoD team!
