Coach for School Improvement

I have had several coaching sessions with Mary-Jo this academic year as a Head of department. Mary-Jo is excellent in terms of her knowledge and experience of all things 'people'. In our sessions she has excellent listening skills (she really makes you feel heard and listened to), her questioning opens up valuable unexplored lines of thinking and self reflection, and her advice is invaluable. She has encouraged me to look at things in different ways, and this has helped encourage me in many positive ways in my leadership role this year. I would definitely recommend her! She's spot on.

I have worked with Mary-Jo over a number of years as she has a real understanding of how to support school leaders / staff in a way that leads to positive impact and outcomes. I really value my coaching sessions with Mary-Jo. She enables me to think through situations/scenarios with clarity and focus and supports me to identify strategies to move forward in the most effective way. Coaching is something I look forward to as its my space to talk in confidence about any aspect of my work life that I need to give more time and thought to. I would absolutely recommend MJs coaching sessions - shes fab.

It has been enormously helpful working with Mary-Jo. I felt supported to make my own strategic decisions, safe in the knowledge that I had had the comprehensive support and guidance to think through any changes or next steps I wanted to make.
