My mate just received a pheromone lure for Emperor Moth for us to go out with today. Within 10 minutes of hanging it in a mesh bag we had 3 different Emperor Moths. One of them even got a bit cheeky and landed on my head !!!

Excellent website, accurate and reasonably priced, cannot fault the packing and delivery even for specialised chemicals etc. In my experience Jon Clifton provides excellent tailored advice, based on depth of knowledge and experience. Bravo.

Horrendous customer service! I ordered a moth trap back in 2018 only to find that it wasn't up to the standard I expected. My local moth group commented that it wasn't built as they normally do, so I assume other traps are better. My moth group also said it wasn't fit to for purpose and I actually felt embarrassed for buying it. I decided to send it back for a refund and gave our collective feedback. I decided that now that I wanted to purchase a much larger and more expensive trap. I decided to take my business back to ALS with a view that everyone deserves another chance. However as soon as I bought it, I was refunded. After asking why I was told that they will not sell to me because of sending a trap back to them last time. I then sent and email to apologise for my previous dealings with them and that a lot of time has passed and to be honest grovelled. However they have been very ride back and basically told me to get lost. I have found them to be extremely unprofessional and hurtful. Good luck to anyone who has any negative feedback to give them.
