Wayne and Dave responded to my call and came to see the job in question the same day. A concise quote was sent the following day which was competitive. I was unsure of the exact date i would require them to start as building works were incomplete onsite however they assured me they would start as soon as they were. True to their word they arrived the morning after the builders left and began. 70 square meters of roof covered with breathable membrane, battens fixed and 1300 beautiful reclaimed Norfolk pan-tiles laid, facias, soffits, cemented ridge tiles... job done in three days to a cracking standard. A few cups of tea drunk and plenty of laughs had. Cannot recommend more highly ... in fact have already passed the number on to an architect friend of mine. Wayne and his team provided an excellent service from the initial planning and final completion of the project - an extension to our main residence. During the initial stages, detail to design, materials, finish and any cost savings. Prices were agreed prior to start and no deviation was incurred. Timescale was agreed and executed as planned. During the project the worksite/housekeeping was kept in an excellent condition. Emphasis regarding the technical aspects even saved money. There were no hidden extras incurred and the project was completed within the agreed timescale. I would definitely recommend North Norfolk Roofing for any building project to anyone whether large or small. They certainly are an extremely capable and trustworthy company.
