        Called me on a Monday morning to collect prescription went in on the Wednesday nobody knows anything about phone call and the prescription totally clueless and its happened on more than one occasion

        Wife and I turned up for flu jabs at appointment time. Appointment had been made over phone. Told to go away and book it elsewhere as they had no record of us making any appointment and were fully booked.
