        Great team from carers to office staff, been a massive help to me for past 10 months. Carers go out their way to do everything to make life easier for me on a daily basis, would be lost without them.....

        A smoke and cigarettes first, people can wait...!!! New company ETHOS!!! First impressions last a lifetime. This happened on the 5th August 2020, between 9:47am and 10:10am at 112-114 Business Space Solutions, Market Street, Hindleh WN2 3AY and my interview was meant to be with Ms/Mrs Aarron. I arrived 10 minutes earlier to my interview and the receptionist handed me an application form, to complete. Five minutes past the agreed time and nobody calls me in, so I decided to walk out and not have the interview, to find myself that my interviewer was having a smoke with a colleague. A company, that hires people with; poor time management and respectful standards, in the healthcare profession is a high risk to the community, leaving their loved ones in their "caring" hands.
