Decided to Tesco mobile phone shop to show my 81 year old mum the selection of phones available. We were met by Charlie who was a god send in explaining all the offers and range of phones on offer. He personally recommended a phone he had bought recently for a similar age family member and have got to say he was spot on his knowledge and recommendations were great and my mums very happy with her new phone.

Recently upgraded a phone at Tesco hindley and I must say how the manager Aliyah went the extra mile to help solve a problem l had with a problem no fault of Tesco which took a few visits to the store to resolve Aliyah showed patience and more understanding than most people would have l would recommend Tesco mobile to anyone who is considering going to hindley Tesco
