Most of staff I have no problem with though I do find one staff member to be outstanding in every way. Although i fully understand the need to employ agency staff on occasion I do find it most troublesome when my last call is far too early and the time i'm allowed is cut down to half of time by agency staff. I find it bad enough that I can no longer walk but to be told I can only have certain things due to time limit.I can only ask those who work in agency office to give me correct time at night not cut in half, I have 30 minutes every night never have I or will I have 15 minutes. Please note 30 minutes always.

Please, for the love of God or anything you hold dear, keep these amateurs away from anyone you love because care is the last thing they provide. If they meant to stay 15mins odds on they'll stay between 5 and 10 then just go without actually doing anything. If someone isn't actually hanging off their shoulder they won't stay. Management will stay their supposed to do this and that but most of the actual carers will disagree and say they don't do that, you ring to complain, they pass you around, they say they'll ring back, they don't. Medication is meant to be given while the carer is there, if not their supposed to contact the doctors. Instead medication is just left there, some don't even give the medication, one or two do, ring to complain, same outcome. I could go on and on, probably had 20% of the care that has been paid for, they simply don't care while saying they do and God help your loved ones get to much trouble, they'll never shut up about residential care and take it out of your hands. It's all about the money.

We're do I start... I don't know how this company is still going,giving my grandmother soemone eles is medication! Can't even close a curtains at night or even wash a bowl , they just can't wait leave (they don't log out) as there rota is overworked for them. My list goes on .. I feel sorry for people who has no family because this company is horrendous I definitely wouldn't recommend

Worst company to work for, most carers are fine but the management is another thing. Don't go with them.
