One of the major letting agents in the Wigan area With a few improvements over the last few months regarding outstanding work's, been a tenant with them for 10+ years always followed up on outstanding issues. The staff are very friendly and willing to help always, I would recommend anyone to use HG Premier lettings good quality properties at reasonable rates (LHA Does not cover most of their Properties) Just to be made aware.

Stay well clear , ive lived in two different flats with them the first the floor was rotted in the bathroom and one of the men who came said there was nothing wrong then another came out it was arrange for the floor to be redone after really bad mould and rising damp , the next flat the build always smelled like weed after constantly message Samantha and her not caring we got the poilce involved the matter then turned worse where the tenant qould blast his music and at one point threatened to hit me and my partner at this point i was pregnant all the stress was shocking i stayed in a hotel for a few nights to get away from it hg said move if you want but how did that fix the problem for everyone else unfortunately i lost our baby i would not tell anyone to move with this company there awful

Maintenance service is very very poor. They has only one guy doing all the maintenance. He will come after 1 month if we had a Maintenance issue.
