Absolutely awfull customer service , was told when installing wrap around chair lift 12 weeks to find out on the 12th week there men hasn't measured properly then they said another 12 weeks only to be told again that was further delayed 2 more times. Joke of a company considering an elderly person needs this equipment and they just don't seem to care . Go else where

absolutely terrible service from this company. They have left my disabled mother almost 4 weeks without the use of her stair lift. They promise calls back when you speak to them but they never do. When you finally have an engineer visit to fix it they leave and promise to return the next day and don't which means you have to chase up with them again. This company is terrible to deal with. The staff are pleasant don't get me wrong but god help your disabled customers if their equipment breaks.

Raith and Adam came to remove hoists from my elderly mothers house they were so polite and when they left the house was spotless big thankyou to the two lads
