        Had a great experience with this company, measuring, fitting all sorted for me. They were so helpful from the start. Their customer service is excellent. The Faux Wood blinds I had fitted look amazing. It makes my house look like I've got shutters. I've used this company in the past and will continue to use Blinds Direct Hindley in the future.         Im very disappointed poor fitting not straight as fitters do not measure just put them up freehand, I do not recommend and will never use them again. Customer service is very poor when complained you are basically ignored. Lowton Blinds will get my orders in the future.

        worst customer service ever.. the man was rude and downright aggressive. Poor quality fitting and not interested when we said we were not happy. Fit the blinds straight into the windows because they were too bone idle to drill into the walls.

        I have used this supplier over a number of years some time ago, but definitely no more! Kitchen blind was far too narrow, creases never dropped out ( 6 months now) despite being measured, and it actually fell down at one stage due to only one screw being fitted at one side. Numerous phone calls to an answering machine and no replies. Never again!
