Great company to work for, it's like an extended family, everyone helps each other out. The number one priority is always the client but you've always got someone at the end of the phone to give advice or guidance. Management value each and everyone of us, we work as a team .

I started work for elite care in June this year and I havent looked back a fab company to work for with the best team thats there to support us if needed and our clients brighten up my day one day is never the same as the next I have so much fun and laughter with each client I visit but also help them Through there tough times to as thats what elite care is about being there through the good and the bad for each client and giving my upmost best I can as a carer

Nothing is ever too much for the staff at Elite. Both the carers and office staff are incredibly supportive of each other, teamwork doesnt cover it. They go above and beyond for service users; Christmas parties and day trips. The care given to service users is of the highest quality, with many of them feeling like family. I would highly recommend Elite both as a care company and as a company to work for.
