        Bought a fridge freezer from this Company August 2022. They go under the name of the Electrical shop on AMAZON. FREEZER HAS COMPLETELY PACKED IN . They should be done by trading standards for advertising under a false name. My Partner has a terminal illness . Their customer service is non existent.

        Bought from them through Amazon. Terrible customer service. Have been waiting weeks for a refund. Every time I ring up I keep getting fobbed off and told the exact same thing - that they're 'looking into it'.

        This company stole my money and sold me a knocked off hoover with no parts and charger and refused to give me my money or fetch the item back as Friday isn't a week day so no money and left with dangerous hoover don't trade with them on Amazon under assumed name electrical shop there dangerous people
