AWESOMENESS is all I can say. Even had a free coffee when collected my car. My experience here was amazing. In desperate need of getting water pump fixed. After phoning a million garage's I was offered drop of same day. And ready next day. At the time of writing this review. These guys where unaware that had they not offered same day drop off. My daughter's would not been able to see their mum this weekend. So thanks for that apart from all this. Extremely polite friendly and dam rite professional. Can have a good giggle, Did I mention free coffee . Thank you you have gained a new customer for life. The guy who left 1star must have a bee under his bonnet (no pun intended) I don't believe his review for one minute. Especially by my own experience and reading all other reviews. This is the third garage review I've done. Now that does not mean I can't find a decent garage, in fact, if you look at my reviews they are all very positive. So why another. Logistics is the answer. I have been lucky, or I've researched my services thoroughly beforehand, whichever, and it seems my luck is continuing. I needed somewhere more accessible so I sat on Google and searched around and M&R have some positive feedback. It's well deserved. I was met by the owners when I walked in one afternoon to discuss the problem on my car. They were very reassuring and arranged for me to drop it off the following. One of the team called me a little later that day, explained exactly what was wrong, gave me a price, ordered the parts and it was ready for collection just after lunch the next day. Everyone seems approachable, knowledgeable and willing to help. This is a full service garage that isn't overpriced and I happen to know they are expanding their services into things like supplying tyres. There are sadly some dubious garages still out there but if you do your research, there are some great garage services around. I have already arranged to call back in here for a little job to be fixed and I will be booking both cars in for a full service over the next few weeks. Thanks everyone.
