        I ordered an engraved bottle of whisky from the website and it turned up with a new style bottle. The new style bottle is 2 years old but the old style is still being advertised on the website. Wouldnt have ordered if I had known. Customer service was awful and did nothing to help. Said the website was in the process of being updated (2years late). Said nothing could be done to help as shown in the T+Cs. Didnt even apologise and stopped responding to emails.
