I always find Lidl good quality food and good value for money unlike Asda Sainsbury's and Tesco who are continually increasing the price on foods and toiletries because of their own greed but the standard of food especially the meat section has dropped its tasteless and poor quality.

John Lewis have sadly outsourced their white goods delivery to this bunch of absolute jokers. Left our new fridge freezer with wonky doors, the foot stands not put down, left over parts. I'd call them a bunch of muppets but that's unkind to muppets.

Under no circumstances use this company! Shockingly bad service. I paid 900 for a new fridge freezer, waited for over a week for a delivery. On the date of the delivery 2 men showed up and refused to take the fridge up the stair and I was offended by them on top of everything. Now I am waiting for either new delivery or money back but almost impossible to get through to the right people. Never ever again!!! They are rude, negligent and they do not care about customers! Absolutely shocked

From the call centre that called to arrange delivery, to the one hour time slot and tracking information provided Received a delivery of a chest freak this morning, driver Kevin was very helpful and very and professional. He was on time despite bad weather and usual morning traffic problems, would definitely recommend this company.
