        Great location and views terrible hotel in terms of cleanliness, badly in need of a major refurbishment, toilet wasn't working in our room and despite promises it was never repaired, fire door wedged shut with a screwdriver , dirty carpets and very poor service. Sounds like it's closes at the moment such a shame they took people's hard earned money knowing they were offering poor facilities and service. Never again as long as this company owns it

        Very very disappointed. I wish I'd been informed that the hotel was closing the day I left for refurbishment. I could only describe the hotel as a tip.The rooms were terrible, 25 years behind times the food virtually un edible,and to cap it all I was informed that for the last 2 days the kitchen was closed. The staff did their best ,and infact seemed embarrassed. IF ID BEEN INFORMED I WOULD HAVE SPENT MY 300 FOR 3 DAYS ELSEWHERE.
