        Mum and I attend classes here each month and tonight experienced the Yin Yoga and Sound Bath class held by Jodi and Vicky. The Yoga Loft itself is simply beautiful, with every prop you need available to take part in the class and the beautiful spacious and airy practising room. Ive found my place of healing and hope many more discover this beauty. Thank you to Jodi and Vicky - this was my favourite class to date and one that will be a regular staple in our self-healing practice. Love and light

        The space at the yoga loft is simply beautiful. The teachers are fabulous. As a yoga teacher myself I prefer to attend a class so I can truly commit to the practice and enjoy. I couldnt wish for a better place to do it. The restorative session is well paced and instruction is clear and confident. Couldnt recommend more highly
