Whether you are new to yoga or revisiting your practice , you will find a safe place to dip your toe in and further develop your exciting practice most importantly at your own pace . Jayne is an engaging and creative teacher and underpins her sessions with references to interesting texts relating to our practice. Her sessions are delivered with purposeful intent and encompass relaxation techniques, valuable for the real world , alongside breathing techniques , yoga postures and mudras . I also have had the pleasure of undertaking her workshops to which offer another dynamic to your own practice . I would highly recommend this Shanti Spirt Yoga and Jayne for being an inspiring teacher .

I first heard of Jayne via my daughter who started going to Jayne's Yoga classes a few years ago. My daughter invited me to go with her to the Yoga for Backs class which Jayne was running at the time. I had suffered with my back since my late 30's. I am now 66. I had been treated with pain block injections on the sacroiliac joint and was keen to keep my back supple and as pain free as possible. The backs course helped a great deal and since then I have been attending the Wellbeing Yoga Basics class which Jayne holds on Monday evenings. This has helped to keep me supple, taught me to relax and take care of my back and I am able to transfer the techniques I have learned to any situation where I am feeling tense or my back is starting to niggle. I am looking forward to starting the classes again in September when the new school term starts. Thank you Janye for the love and care you give us all.
