TMS Hinckley - Volvo Cars

After awful customer service from our local Volvo dealer, I decided to source our next car further afield. TMS Hinckley had exactly the Volvo Selekt scheme XC90 we were looking for, so I paid an online deposit to secure the car and waited. Within an hour, I received a telephone call from Hayden, to discuss the vehicle further and to invite me up to Hinckley for a test drive. When I arrived, I was made most welcome. After a few preliminaries, Hayden and I went for a test drive in the beautiful XC90. Throughout the drive and afterwards in the showroom, Hayden was able to answer all my questions and addressed my concerns accordingly. There was no hard sell or pushiness from Hayden, which I found very refreshing. I placed my order for the vehicle and also requested some additional extras as well. The day before the vehicle was due to be delivered to me, I requested an additional extra, which was sourced and fitted for me just in time. TMS, Hayden and the workshops pulled out all the stops to ensure that my car purchase and fitted accessories went as smoothly as possible. I would have no hesitation in recommending TMS Hinckley for anyone considering the purchase of a new or used Volvo. If I have to replace my XC90 in the future, I will certainly use the team at TMS again. Thank you.

Quick to respond to enquiries, provides detailed videos of the car and easy to reserve. Viewing was smooth, allows you to check the car on your own without any pressure. Would recommend.
