Booked to view a car in hinkley on sunday morning at around 10 for 12:30 on the same. Day(i live in Wolverhampton... 80 mile round trip, the guy on the phone knew this) got there to be told by steve that the car had been "moved" to a different site the day before,he told us to ring back to customer services to complain. Spoke to the man i spoken to in the morning who took my booking v jay he said his name was and apparently the vehicle was still there in hinkley and had issues with a light showing on the dashboard and was taken in for repairs on the day i rang to make the appointment. He told me he'd ring me back with a solution for making me waste time and fuel but im still waiting for this call. Appalling way to run a so called business when noone can liase with each other about current situations. customer service shocking!! Who was lying? Who knows. Avoid!!!

I today brought a car from here and the service was fantastic from start to finish. The salesmen Harvi could not do enough for me, he made the experience fantastic. Would recommend v12 to anyone looking to buy a car.

DO NOT USE this car supermarket...They are the most dreadful company I have ever dealt with. It took me me a month to sort the car out BEWARE if you use a 3rd party finance company (had to because there rates were extortionate) They will go out of the way to delay everything...They will not give you a direct line to anyone...you spend days on hold....then they hang up...Then you get slapped with an undisclosed admin fee of 250 a pathetic 3 month warranty, and they remove car mats, sat nav, and also don't disclose bad scratches and badly filled dents! They DO NOT DELIVER so if you are miles away like I was I used a transporter...they did not release the car for 4 hours with some admin error so I got charged a waiting fee. The one star is for the fact they did give me a small 'without prejudice' goodwill payment- (which took 15 days to arrive!!) Don't normally write reviews but I feel the service was so disgusting and stressful It needs to be highlighted.
