Triumph Factory Visitor Experience

So today was my 3rd visit to the Triumph Factory. First 2 trips were ok and took my Speed Trip down. This time however, after being bombarded by insta posts about the new season clothing I really wanted the new black/red/white leather 2 piece (if it fit) I needed a treat as I've been ill for so long would of totally matched my bike, if not then the new gortex suit. What a disappointment and a total waste of a 120 mile round trip. They had the leather trousers (quality looks good) but no jacket and they had the gortex jacket but no trousers! WTactualF! Who's running this place? Its the most poorly stocked shop ive ever been in, unless you want to buy an over priced small t-shirt. If that's all you want to sell at the home of Triumph then just put a kiosk in the cafe and use the space for something more useful, I was prepared to spend 1.5k on kit, unusual for Triumph not to want to empty ya pockets! And as for the staff member on the till, when I enquired if they had the matching item all I got was a blank "I don't know" end of, no further help!? I suggest you spend less on advertising and more on stock and staff training. I'll now take my hard earned to sportsbikeshop. P. S. I won't be back
