The Tech Bubble | IT & Technology support

I have just wasted a week being messed around by this company. I initially left an answer phone message for some help with a wi-fi issue at my home address, two days later on the Saturady I received a text message saying they would call me Mon a.m to discuss. Nothing happened Monday morning so mid afternoon sent a message asking what was happening, received another text saying they would call after 5.00pm, guess what nothing happened. Two days after this another text saying they were too busy and couldn't do anything for two weeks. Appalling customer service they may be too busy at the moment but would do well to remember that without customers like myself they would have no business.
