    Really awful service, we booked the taxi for 7:15pm to go to our Christmas party, got a call 5 mins before to say hed be 10 mins late, bit annoying but we said fine. 15 mins go by, hes still not here, so we ring him and he says hell be ANOTHER 10 mins(how????) It gets to 7:50pm (dinner at our Christmas party is being served at 8pm) so we ring the taxi office, and they say that the taxi arrived and somebody else came out of our house and got in it to go somewhere else - this is clearly ridiculous, we had been waiting by the front door and window, and theres only me and my husband who live here. Wont ever be using them again and Id strongly advise against booking with them.

    Hello, I just wanted to air my disappointment about my collection lastnight. I booked the taxi for 11:30 so we made sure we were ready for collection then, the address was on a country lane, so very dark, secluded and windy and cold last night. I didn't receive a call at all to say taxi would be late? I waited 10 minutes until I called to chase the taxi and was told it was on its way. I waited another 10 minutes, by this point we were freezing and was told he was in Earl shilton and on his way, so already 20 minutes late and still 10 minutes away? We waited again and I had a mobile call saying 2 mins away. We were eventually collected at midnight so 30 minutes late. By this point we were not happy as you can imagine. My husband got into the taxi and spoke to the taxi driver about why so late and that he wasn't happy and the driver just said, "you've got 2 choices, you pay the amount on the screen or you get out " bear in mind we had our son with us too I understand that it wasn't the drivers fault he was late but we received no calls to say sorry we are running late etc, if so we could have found some shelter and warmth. At the end of the day we just wanted to get home so we paid the fee but definitely not happy

    JUST RANG UP FOR A WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE TAXI FOR A HOSPITAL APPOINTMENT, GOT TOLD A DEFINATE NO, WAS GIVEN ANOTHER NUMBER. BUT FELT VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SAJ OF A1 TAXIS AS HE ONLY LIVES A FEW DOORS AWAY, SO MUCH FOR BEING GOOD NEIGHBOURS.

image Hello,
I just wanted to air my disappointment about my collection lastnight. I booked the taxi for 11:30 so we made sure we were ready for collection then, the address was on a country lane, so very dark, secluded and windy and cold last night. I didn't receive a call at all to say taxi would be late?
