Ive had four sessions on my shoulder now and the improvement has been substantial in terms of movement and pain. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing treatment. Thanks Beth and Julie.

Couldn't recommend Beth here enough to be honest, I have been struggling with a problem with my shoulder for around 3 years, had multiple visits to other therapists and Beth diagnosed my injury within 15 minutes and sorted the problem in one visit with shockwave therapy, she will now be my go-to for future problems, Beth is approachable and knowledgeable and I cannot thank her enough for allowing me to be pain free.

I had cupping therapy done yesterday by Julie. I went specifically for treatment on my shoulder and upper back, but discussed a problem I've been having with a strained muscle from coughing. She was very knowledgeable and thorough in the explanations of the treatment, and a lovely lady too. I'll definitely be back for further treatment when needed and thoroughly recommend.

Saw Sophie today, first experience with sports massage and a very good experience indeed. Sophie was friendly, professional and clearly very knowledgeable in the field of sports massage. My back feels better already and would highly recommend her and the Sports Therapy Centre. Thanks Sophie!
