Just taken over a local gym that I used to be a member of and took a monthly fee. Can't get any answer from them aside from "fill in a form" Feeling very ignored. Will happily update this review if/when the matter gets resolved.

Absolute scam company. Paid 33.49 yesterday to join a gym, then I receive the DD summary, where they are planning on taking 136.36 on the 1st March and 64.98 thereafter. Went to the gym to cancel and get a refund, absolutely rude and disgusting manager was unable to help. Was told to fill out a web form. The telephone number (listed on the DD summary to use in case of errors) also just directs you to use a web form. So it is impossible to actually speak to anyone to resolve this. Oh well, chargeback requested via the bank will be the best way of sorting this. SCAM ARTISTS AVOID AT ALL COST

the only good aspect of this was the speed of the initial delivery. The product itself (spin bike) i didn't have a chance to use immediately. When I did it broke in very quickly, the product initially seemed OK quality, though it is clear it's low quality. from there having it was a problem having it collected, then a refund was refused due to being over 30 days old - it had only been used a handful of times. its now been 'in repair' for several weeks and they still refuse a refund, it is now supposedly on its way back to me, but they drip feed information through email and you'll get 1 reply a day at best.....I can only assume because they're innundated with customers wanted resolutions to their products. if this is not resolved soon, I will be starting a section 73 with my credit card company. the whole process has been handled poorly from start to finish and realistically I can't see that they will be running as a company for very long.

My membership login gets deleted every couple of weeks or so, making it not possible for me to book to go to the gym. I have to drive in, for them to reset it, but they wont let me use the gym at that time because I haven't booked. This is a repeat pattern, and there is no way to contact the company to sort this. Email enquiry page doesn't get any replies. Phone number is just voice messages that say to use the email enquiry then hang up.

Diabolical, non-existent 'client service'. Have tried reaching the Membership Team at my local centre for two months. I speak with someone, but the relevant person never calls back. Their so called 'client service' is a complete JOKE !
