Fire & Earth Sports Massage

My first visit this week and treatment by Amy. Very welcoming approach and thorough assessment helped me to relax and feel comfortable. The massage was unhurried and focussed. I have felt so much better since and the aches that I had have already eased. Would recommend!

Honestly, I didnt know what to expect and was a little nervous. I had a back injury as a result of a virus called walking pneumonia (later renamed Covid-19) and couldnt work out how to get rid of it. I lived with it for 3 years before contacting Fire and Earth. Amy was so sweet in her initial email and said that they could help. I booked in with Matt and these guys are miracle workers! Matt put me at ease and talked me through everything, explaining what he was doing and what the issue was. Its going to take time to work out 3 years of discomfort but Im already feeling better and have a good chunk of my mobility back. Thank you!
