Training - was thorough and helpful the trainer was very friendly and we have a good rapport and relationship with him. The system does require updates for it to be efficient and work for us, as the customer, not the other way round. . There are some missing crucial fields which we have had to design The system could be more user friendly and much easier to navigate around. There are several glitches in the system which currently remain unresolved, and I would agree that the software needs bringing up to date. The online knowledge and tutorials needs to be more detailed, maybe other system users of SP can share their issues and resolutions in case other users have similar issues? Recently SP support have been quicker to respond than a few months ago and quite helpful. I would sagest on site support sometimes as being connected remotely doesn't resolve the issue.

Its an ok system, Its mainly my HR Manager that uses the system who shares similar thoughts to me. Its very outdated and a new release (only seen maybe 1 or 2 in the last 5 years) basically means changing the colours and adding some new faults to the list. We've had some major issue with documents, they were all lost in an upgrade of the system which nothing could be done about. That being said when we first got Simply Personnel it was great, and employee data it is fine. It just needs updating to current standards and get all your faults fixed. We have been testing some other systems and will probably move away very soon.

We are a small company and find the Simply Personnel software invaluable. It is very easy to use and if we ever experience any problems, the staff at Simply Personnel are very helpful and manage to sort these for us. Recommended.
