        Gentlemen on the desk was beyond helpful & friendly too. He didn't just say no he couldn't help, or just tell me which of their stores offered the service I needed, but also went out his way to call them to confirm they could do the job, also getting a price & ETA for completion. Very happy customer, didn't end up spending a penny today but always like to recognise good customer service
