Fantastic service on the emergency line for H&BBC. Very pleasant & understanding lady answering the call. I unfortunately lost my front door key & my back door had a key in the locked position. Needed to gain entry & on a Bank Holiday Monday. The emergency locksmith came out within an hour and sorted the problem. Nathan had a difficult job but he showed his talents and got me indoors. New lock & 3 keys. Wow, super job. First time ever for losing a door key. A huge Thank You to those involved.
