I had such a wonderful treatment with Heal from Within Reflexology. The reflexology was so relaxing, soothing and the benefits afterward for my headaches were amazing. Jed is so calming and wonderful and I couldnt recommend this treatment enough

I visited Jessica 2 months after my second C section. She was so welcoming and immediately put me at ease. She identified areas of pain and congestion to work on. The treatment was amazing and relaxing, so much so that I fell asleep! I felt incredible the next day, with back and shoulder pains eased. I felt these benefits for weeks after, looking forward to my next treatment.

Ive have been seeing Jed and her magic hands now for over a year and I can highly recommend her. I suffer with ME and Fibromyalgia and having reflexology certainly helps. I have tried several reflexologists in the past but none have compared to Jed, she takes you to another level of relaxation and the effects last, I sleep so much better after a visit. As I state I cant recommend Jed enough
