        Nice pub with a good atmosphere. Cheap and cheerful kinda place. We went on a Monday evening and there was a long wait on food, but we were forewarned of this when we ordered at the bar and the food was very hot when it came out and decent, more so when I think of how much we spent. Quite a varied cocktail menu too.

        Wing challenge and loaded skins a winner. fish and chips tonight a little on the small size portion wise but still very tasty.great american chicken burger tonight 2 for 1 Thursday. Steak and ale a must. Fish and chip tonight great value.

        It's full of young families and teenagers. If that's your thing. Needed an extra chair for our party but was told by bar staff that chairs could not be moved even though the place was half empty. Really? Not very accommodating
