Wait time is ridiculous. Staff are rude

Staff is rude ,not helpful ,unwilling to work. This kind of service is not acceptable .They are lucky ,they still got the jobs. Under staff is not an excuse .They still have to do their jobs happily and they should do it with higher efficiency. That's what they pay for. Don't tell me that "They are not making money" from a staff mouth. shocking ! If they want to go on strike. Do it or look for another job. Don't blame customers using the post office service. I will use other smaller post offices instead. They are much happier and get the job done. W H Smith should consider retrain their post office service team. Got to get the value right.

Waste of time, last 3 visits, closed, apparently, nobody wants to work there, only left 1 star as it would not let me leave none

Walked from home to post office in WH Smiths to post an urgent letter before 13.00 pm. Got a barrier put up to say the post office was closed for lunch between 12.45 to 14.15pm. I stressed my letter was urgent, was informed if he let me in he would have to let everyone in. I asked if he knew of another post office I could use in Hinckley, I was advised from the staff member he didnt know of any other post office around the area. There was nothing on the post office web site that they were closed for lunch. I checked my phone for another post office and found one around the corner on Derby Road, perfect service, friendly, they dont close for lunch really helpful, and its only 5 minutes away, recommend. I will not be visiting the post off in WH Smiths again.
